Ruby M. Forsythe Memorial Scholarship 
for new and continuing students

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be admitted as an undergraduate student at CCU;
2. Entering freshmen students must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative high school GPA;
3. Entering transfer students must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative collegiate GPA;
4. Continuing CCU students must have a minimum 2.75 cumulative CCU GPA;
5. Must demonstrate financial need* as defined by Financial Aid & Scholarships; and
6. Maintain full-time status and demonstrate satisfactory degree progress.

Preference will be given to applicants from the Waccamaw Neck area of Georgetown County, South Carolina. 

* FAFSA must be completed in order to determine financial need
