The graphic design team is Coastal’s primary source for professional design and production services. The award-winning staff of designers and brand specialists have many years of experience and a broad range of knowledge and talents. The team works with departments from across the University to create appealing and effective communications that reflect both the University’s brand and mission.

It’s never too early to get the graphic design team involved in your project in order to better inspire and motivate people to action. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs. To initiate a project, university partners can submit a request through the University’s KACE Ticket System portal by clicking the link below.

Even though most requests are turned around in a timely fashion, it is advised to allow three-to-four weeks for the design of most projects, depending on complexity. The graphic design team will handle every step of your project from conception to production and delivery. There is charge for design. Production and printing costs are charged back to the indicated department. Projects are not finalized or produced until approved by the submitter.
