The purpose of this policy is to describe the various funds at Coastal Carolina University as well as the state regulations and the University directives governing the funds. Any expenditure presented for payment or reimbursement that is in violation of this or any other University policy, rule or regulation, or State or Federal mandate, will be denied, and the submitter will be personally liable for the debt.
