    TitleStudents Attempting or Threatening Self-Harm
    Description
    Students who attempt or seriously threaten self-harm will be required to participate in a professional assessment with Counseling Services staff, follow treatment recommendations, and provide proof of compliance to the Dean of Students (or designee) to help ensure the safety and welfare of all students. Requirements can be completed with an approved outside provider, with appropriate documentation, when necessary.
