Students can fill this help desk request form to gain information or request help with computing related issues. This is a secondary method of contacting the Student Computing Services - Tech Support Center. Due to the many requests we receive, please allow 24 to 48 hours for an action to be taken.
If it is an emergency or if you are able to directly visit us to discuss your request or concern, please visit the Student Computing Services - Tech Support Center in Kearns Hall 113 during hours of operation or call 843-349-2220 as your first choice of contact, before submitting a help desk request.
