In Honor of Dr. Stephen Sheel and Professor Eugene Collins

This scholarship is intended for those continuing to major in computer science, information systems, or information technology.  This scholarship award amount varies and is dependent upon funding. The award is for one year*. Renewal is neither automatic nor guaranteed. 

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be enrolled as an undergraduate student at CCU;
  • Major in computer science, information systems, or information technologies;
  • Be a rising junior or senior;
  • Have a minimum 3.00 CCU GPA;
  • Maintain full-time status and demonstrate satisfactory degree progress;

Submit the additional requirement listed below.

  • Submit a one-page essay on your career aspirations in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.

Essays will be evaluated on the basis of the applicant’s ability to convey his/her professional ambitions in a clear, organized, and realistic manner.
