Welcome

The Facilities Planning and Management Division are responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, renovation and construction of all facilities on the Coastal Carolina University campus. Facilities Planning and Management maintains approximately 1,523,541 square feet of building space on 302 acres and manages all renovation and new construction projects on an ongoing basis.

The University Projects and Planning Division are responsible for all new building construction and existing building renovations. It also assists architectural and engineering groups with design elements as it pertains to building renovations and construction.

The Facilities Planning and Management – Operational Services Division is dedicated to performing: preventative maintenance, routine and emergency building and equipment repairs, utility distribution, heating/air conditioning maintenance, plumbing, housekeeping and grounds maintenance.

The Transportation Service Department assists in scheduling vehicle needs for university-related travel.

The Facilities Planning and Management staff are dedicated to providing the faculty, students and staff of Coastal Carolina University with the best possible service.
