Mail Services operates under CCU's Office of Contractual and Business Services. The staff includes the director, postal supervisor, postal specialists, mail clerks and student workers – all dedicated to providing excellent service and consultation to all customers.

Mail Services personnel are trained, experienced and conversant with various mailing requirements and regulations. The staff is alert to all changes in mail rates and continuously reviews the various classes of mail sent from the University to ensure that the lowest rates are used and that all possible savings are achieved for the University.

New: Mail Services is now a passport acceptance facility

The U.S. Department of State has recently approved CCU as a passport acceptance facility for students, faculty and staff, and the general public.

Mail Services accepts passport paperwork by appointment only. Passport acceptance hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. To make an appointment or for more information, please call 843-349-2156.
