University Place and Cove Pool

University Housing reserves the right to restrict access or close the pool if deemed necessary for the safety of the residents and the community.

University Place pools are OPEN.

In the case of inclement weather, the pool will be closed and this website updated. 

Please obey any posted signage.

Pool Rules

1. No solo swimming.
2. No running, boisterous or rough play.
3. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
4. No spitting or blowing nose in pool.
5. Persons with gastrointestinal illness or nausea should not enter the pool.
6. Persons with skin, eye, ear or respiratory infections should not enter the pool.
7. Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.
8. No animals or pets allowed within the pool enclosure.
9. No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.
10. Must be 18 or older to enter pool area.
11. You should take a shower before entering the pool.

13. A first aid kit is located in the University Place 102 Community Desk.
14. An emergency phone is located on the wall by the exterior entrance to the pool at University Place.
15. An emergency phone is located near the fence on the volleyball court side of the pool at The Cove.
16. Life saving equipment is located on the fence and by the emergency phone.
