George W. Bryan

Original Founder

George W. Bryan, an attorney and real estate developer, was an early supporter in the effort to establish a college in Horry County. As a charter member of the Coastal Educational Foundation Inc., he drew on his professional experience and knowledge to assist during the first years. Bryan served on the Foundation until the late 1950s.
