Alise Svihla
Associate Athletic Director
Bachelor’s from Virginia Tech, Master’s from Florida State University. Alise has over 15 years of experience in Higher Education. She started her professional career at Florida State University, working with Exploratory/Undeclared students, and interned in Athletic Academic Support. She has experience at James Madison University, University of South Carolina, and at Virginia Tech, all working in Athletic Academic Support, and also in Career Development. She currently oversees the Student-Athlete Academic Services unit at Coastal Carolina University.
Alise loves the beach life and enjoys making itineraries for her family and friends that come to visit her! She also likes spending her free time supporting her student-athletes at their games! She also uses way too many exclamation points!
Alise is passionate about seeing her student-athletes succeed and achieve their goals! She likes to meet them where they are, and then show them where they can be. She enjoys building lifelong relationships with her student-athletes and seeing them grow as individuals.
