Biography
Brad Warren grew up in the central Appalachian region of southern Virginia. At 19, he moved to upstate New York to complete his Bachelor's Degree in French & Canadian Studies. He then completed his Master's Degree at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2004 with a focus on Franco-American literature, culture, and film. Warren moved to Canada in 2006 and worked as a private school and uncertified teacher in Toronto, ON (Canada). After he completed his Bachelor of Education in Secondary French & English instruction, Warren taught as a secondary school French Immersion teacher until 2019. He moved with his family to Myrtle Beach, SC where he worked with Horry County Schools as an ESOL teacher. Warren joined CCU faculty as a Teaching Associate in Fall 2021.
