Biography
Originally from Marlton, NJ, Lindsay moved to Florida to pursue an art degree in Fine Arts. Graduating in 2008 with a focus on printmaking she stayed in Sarasota working in education and as a graphic designer. She moved to Moscow, Idaho where she began an MFA degree in studio art and added the second MFA midway through her first. Researching the subtle and extreme differences between performance art and performing arts she dove into studying theatre and the Stanislavski system. Lindsay was accepted to study abroad in Moscow, Russia at the Moscow Art Theatre (MXAT) in 2017, where she spent a month. She says it was pivotal to her studies and her creative art practice.
