External Scholarships

External Scholarships

There are many organizations outside of CCU that offer various scholarship opportunities. While CCU does not specifically endorse any of the scholarship search services listed below, we do encourage students to use them. Financial Aid and Scholarships regularly receives notices from these various organizations regarding scholarship opportunities for which students may apply. This information is posted on this page and our social media outlets as a courtesy; CCU in no way guarantees the available funding or receipt of such awards.

External Scholarship Recipients: If you have been awarded a scholarship from a source other than CCU, please mail your award letter and/or check to:
            Coastal Carolina University
            Office of Student Accounts
            P.O. Box 261954
            Conway, SC 29528-6054

External Scholarships and tuition pre-payment plans (such as 529 plans) will not appear as pending financial aid on the student's bill. These types of aid will be posted directly to the student's account.  External scholarships will show on the award letter as an external check and may affect the total amount of financial aid a student can receive. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Student Accounts at 843-349-2159.
