Wall College of Business

Wall College of Business Administration student scholarship recipients

Meet Christian Adams and Lisa Saguto, two students who benefit from your generosity and investments in Coastal Carolina University.

Christian Adams

“Coastal Carolina University has given me the invaluable experience to not only receive a first-class academic experience, but also garner practical knowledge through internships and professional development activities. The commitment of the Wall College of Business faculty to aid me in my understanding of classroom subject matter and to provide further guidance in my preparation for a career in the financial services industry has been instrumental to my success at CCU. Additionally, I have been presented with various scholarships, which have given me the unique opportunity to graduate debt-free. Given these circumstances, the Wall College of Business has allowed me to expedite my personal development, and as a result, land a job at a leading investment bank following graduation. Thank you, Coastal Carolina University, and more specifically, the Wall College of Business.”

Lisa Saguto

“My experience within the Wall College of Business has been essential for my collegiate education as well as preparation for my career. My professors became my mentors and role models, and my peers became my friends. Through my leadership as president of the American Marketing Association at Coastal, the organization has impacted the community by running food drives and toy drives, volunteering and by offering marketing consultations to businesses. Receiving the DeCenzo Family Second President’s Endowed Scholarship, the Teal Scholarship and the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship have allowed me to become even more involved on campus and do more for the community. The education and experience I’ve received from the Wall College has helped me to secure a job after graduation at the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention Visitors Bureau, and I couldn’t be happier.”
