An FSA ID Is Required For Federal Aid Websites
An FSA ID consists of a user-created username and password to electronically access personal information on Federal Student Aid websites. Once the FSA ID has been implemented, you will be directed to create your username and password. This login method will be applicable to any site that is managed by Federal Student Aid (FAFSA, NSLDS, Student Loans, Etc.). Parents of dependent students will need to create their own FSA ID to electronically sign the FAFSA and apply for Parent PLUS loans, if interested.
