Biography

Jessica serves as the Director in the Office of Academic Technology. She also serves as a teaching associate for both the Gupta College of Science and the Wall College of Business. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology (M.Ed.) and Educational Specialist (Ed.S) in Instructional Technology, both from Coastal. In addition, she also holds a certificate in Online Teaching and Training. Hall serves as a board member and reviewer for the Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching (MERLOT), as well as an active conference proposal reviewer for the Online Learning Consortium (OLC).

Primary Tasks

Develops and delivers instructional technology training, manages digital and technology-driven initiatives to improve, enhance and strengthen academic program development, develop academic and administrative policies relevant to online teaching and digital learning
