To request the pool for a group rental, please follow these steps:
- Download the Pool Request Form (above).
- Submit a Certificate of Insurance with Coastal Carolina University as an additional insured entity
- Read and understand all policies and procedures (listed above)
- Complete the request form. obtain insurance certificate and submit both via email to Director University Recreation, Jody Davis
- Once the above information is submitted, a member of the Aquatics Staff will communicate with you regarding reservation confirmation.
a. Each child must have a completed Parent/Guardian Consent form prior to swimming.
b. Children are not permitted to swim unless this form is on file with the Aquatics Staff.
