The mission of University Marketing and Communication is to uphold and strengthen Coastal Carolina University’s brand. As such, it is the responsibility of the marketing team within University Marketing and Communication to provide the tools and guidance required to protect and advance the University’s reputation and grow the affinity for CCU.

The marketing team is responsible for marketing strategy development and implementation. We achieve this by collaborating with our partners across campus to connect the University with the general public as well as targeted audience segments.

Our focus is on building awareness and increasing support through the distribution of consistent messages across all platforms, including:

  • Web.
  • Digital media.
  • Social media.
  • Traditional media such as print, billboards, radio, and television.
