Request MarComm Services

University Marketing and Communication (MarComm) is now using the KACE ticket system to facilitate the various project requests it receives from our campus partners. Moving forward, please submit your MarComm work requests through the KACE ticket system for our review and management.

The accompanying video provides a detailed, step-by-step overview of how to use the KACE ticket system.

Basic instructions on how to submit a work request via the KACE ticket are below.

Access the:
KACE Ticket System login using your CCU credentials »

On the Welcome and Login page, type in your Login (user name) and Password.

For Organization, select “2-University Marketing and Communication” in the dropdown.

Click Login.

Click on MarComm Service Center (top left side of the page).

Click on New (under Tickets).

Place your cursor over New Ticket From Queue.

Click on the appropriate category from the drop-down menu and fill in the appropriate details for each queue as prompted.

  • Editorial Proofing
  • Multiple-Services Campaign (example: your request includes creative design, photography, and video)
  • Photography
  • Printing
  • Public Relations/News Release
  • Social Media
  • Video Production
  • Web Content
  • x- General Work Request

Complete the form. (Toward the bottom, you can upload attachments. If the piece is time-sensitive, please include the date you need it by.)

Click Save.

NOTE: Due to the significant volume of requests and projects being processed, MarComm executes a first-in/first-out system.
