Biography
Aari was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in Summerville, South Carolina. In 2009, she transferred to Coastal Carolina -- majoring in Philosophy -- and graduated in 2012. She then decided to stay at CCU to earn a M.A.W as writing is one of her many passions. She graduated in 2014 (with a focus in fiction writing); however, she also acquired an interest in Composition after taking a few classes. Soon after graduating, she pursued a teaching position at CCU and Aari has been teaching Composition (ENGL 101 and ENGL 102) at Coastal since 2015.
