Biography
Douglas Weathers has been a member of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics since 2016. He generally teaches elementary statistics and discrete mathematics with the occasional section of calculus. He has authored a free e-book for discrete math titled, Elementary Discrete Mathematics 2.
Weathers graduated with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a minor in philosophy from the University of Alabama in 2013 and a Master of Arts in mathematics from the University of Maine in 2015.
Outside of the university, his interests include playing games, watching movies, and cooking.
