Biography
Rajendra Dahal, Ph.D., has been at Coastal Carolina University since 2009; he is a full professor.
His current research interest includes differential, difference, and dynamic equations; and discrete fractional differential equations. He has taught various classes that include college algebra, calculus, mathematical modeling, and applied mathematics. He has produced 1000+ YouTube video solutions for practice questions for six different courses (college algebra, trigonometry, business calculus, calculus I, II, and differential equations).
He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, and a master’s degree in mathematics from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal; a master’s degree in mathematics from Kansas State University; and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009. He was awarded the Outstanding Teaching by a Graduate Student for 2008-2009 by the mathematics department of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
