CCU ranked among best employers in South Carolina according to Forbes
America’s Best-in-State Employers 2023 were identified in an independent survey based on a vast sample of approximately 70,000 Americans working for companies with more than 500 employees in the USA. Participants were asked if they would recommend their employer to family and friends, and to evaluate their employer based on criteria including working conditions, diversity, compensation packages, potential for development, and company image.

In addition to offering its employees a generous benefits/insurance package, CCU has moved to a 4.5-day (half-day Fridays) work schedule and recently implemented a remote work/flexible scheduling program for its staff members.
