I don't know if I should get help or not

It can be difficult to decide if you think someone has the amount of alcohol to warrant medical intervention, but it's best to err on the side of caution. You may worry about the consequences for yourself or your friend or loved one, particularly if you're underage. But the consequences of not getting the right help in time can be far more serious.

The Alcohol/Drug Medical Amnesty Policy is designed to prevent students requiring medical attention as a result of alcohol and/or drug consumption from being put to bed and/or left alone by friends because of fear that a request for assistance will lead to getting in trouble or arrested. This policy will provide an opportunity for an intervention that may not result in action through the student conduct process.
