Parking and Shuttles
Traffic will be heavy, and the clear bag policy will be enforced with bag checks being conducted at the entrances to the HTC Center. To secure parking and seating, please plan accordingly
Parking and Shuttles
General Parking
Parking is complimentary and no permits are needed. Directional signs will be located throughout campus to guide guests to the general parking areas.
ADA-accessible Parking
Limited ADA-accessible parking is available in the reserved AA lot (see campus map) in front of the HTC Center. To gain access to this lot, take University Blvd. to Chanticleer Drive and turn onto Founders Drive. Only those with an official state-issued ADA placard or license plate will be given access to this lot. Reserved Parking
Reserved Faculty, ROTC, and Musician Parking
Musicians, ROTC and faculty members participating in the commencement ceremony are to park in the R lot (in front of Brittian Hall). Only those with a commencement parking pass will be given access to this lot.
Reserved Platform Party Parking
Members of the platform party and their guests are to park in the AA lot in front of the HTC Center. To gain access to this lot, take University Blvd. to Chanticleer Drive and turn onto Founders Drive. Only those with a platform party commencement parking pass will be given access to this lot.
Shuttle Service
ADA-accessible shuttle service to and from the parking lots on campus will be provided. The shuttles run 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremonies.
