Our Quality Assurance Unit has four primary functions. Completing Work Orders, Event Staff Scheduling, Completing Building Inspections and holding our department to the APPA level 2 standard of clean.
We believe that it is our responsibility to provide a safe and clean learning environment for all those on our campus. We have adopted the standards of APPA; the Leadership in Educational Facilities authority to make sure we are using systems that hold us accountable for the level of clean we are trying to maintain at our university. Our Quality Assurance Unit conducts regular building inspections to ensure that we providing services at a Level 2 or better.
Our service level chart outlines exactly what you can expect from our department and how frequently you can expect it. These frequencies are derived from the APPA Level 2 standard of clean.
