Community
A key component of our mission is to broaden the economic base of the region and to serve as a bridge between Coastal Carolina University and the wider community. The Grant Center serves professionals engaged in all facets of real estate and leverages the global ties of Coastal Carolina University to provide professional development and networking opportunities for our key partners in the community. In addition to our annual Economic Growth and Real Estate Summit, the Grant Center hosts the annual Real Estate Awards, a quarterly regional economic outlook report, several speaking and networking events, training seminars, and consulting for various private, government, and nonprofit groups. As a growing center, we are continuously expanding our initiatives that involve the community in addition to the students and faculty of Coastal Carolina University.
