Online Patient Portal

The Center for Health and Well-Being Patient Portal provides students a secure and confidential digital platform to access personal health information anywhere with an internet connection. Through this, students are able to communicate with Student Health Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, and/or the LiveWell Office. The Patient Portal allows students to schedule appointments, keep track of medical visits, upload medical documentation (immunization records, health history, insurance information, etc.), receive patient education from clinicians, view walk-out statements, and more.
