Online Ticket System

The Office of Information Technology Services has transitioned to a new help desk ticketing system – KACE Systems – effective July 15, 2020. While the new interface operates in a manner similar to the former help desk ticket system, it provides extra features for users, such as a repository for articles and tutorials, enhanced capabilities for reporting and system management, as well as opportunities for feedback.

The link to the new ticketing system is https://5000.coastal.edu. Students should continue to submit Student Computing Services requests through the SCS Online Service Request.
