DEA agent Argetsinger to speak at Coastal about meth

Shannon Argetsinger, a special agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), will give a talk on the topic of “METH Amphetamine: a Recipe for Disaster” Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. at Coastal Carolina University. The event, which will be held in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration, room 309, is free and open to the public.

Argetsinger will talk about the dangers that meth poses for children, users and manufacturers of the drug, as well as the environmental hazards associated with meth labs.
