Coastal Carolina University's Jazz After Hours Combo will present a concert, "Live in the Now: Songs from the Past, Played for the Present," on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Edwards Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required and may be picked up at the Wheelwright Box Office.

Featured guest artists will include CCU alumni Kain Naylor on percussion, Simon Harding on tenor sax and vocalist Genevieve Zimnox. Sam Favatta will also perform on electric guitar. Parrott is student director of the group, and musician Dan O'Reilly is the group's faculty adviser/director.

The Wheelwright Box Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Call 349-2502 for more information. The Recital Hall is located in the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts.
