Comedy about modern love to be performed at CCU

February 8, 2008

"Hooked on Love," a contemporary comedy about modern romance, will be presented at Coastal Carolina University's Wall Auditorium on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. This professional production by Pin Points Theatre, co-sponsored by CCU's Office of Multicultural Student Services, is free and open to the public.

The ups and downs of the male-female relationship in modern times are depicted through the zany courtship of Kim and Rico. Although the play takes a mostly humorous view of the games people play to find love, it also address serious issue such as self-esteem, mutual respect and the danger of sexually transmitted diseases.
