Saints Revival Week features gospel events

Coastal Carolina University will host Saints Revival Week, a variety of religious events, from Monday, Oct. 26 to Sunday, Nov. 1. The week will end with a “Gospel Blow Out” at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1 in Wall Auditorium featuring various gospel groups including Francis Marion University’s Young Gifted and Blessed (YGB). The events are free and open to the public.

Monday, Oct. 26

* NV2 Night, New Visions New Voices (NV2), a Christian Bible study group at Coastal Carolina University, will host “Skit Night,” 7:30 p.m., Wall Auditorium.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

* Church Service with Pastor Edward Blain of The Lighthouse Empowerment Center in Philadelphia with his mass choir and band, 7:30 p.m., Recital Hall in the Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts.

Thursday, Oct. 29

* Refuge Night, Refuge, a student Christian group at Coastal Carolina University will presents special guests and performance by theatre troupe “UnChained,” 7:30 p.m., Wall Auditorium. Friday, Oct. 30

* Church service with Pastor Mary M. Jeter of the Miracle Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ Family Life Center in Myrtle Beach, 7:30 p.m. Wall Auditorium.

Phase II, a student Christian organization, will sponsor the events with Refuge, CIA and NV2.
