A total of 17 Coastal Carolina University student-athletes were selected to the Big South Conference Women's Indoor Track and Field All-Decade Teams. Part of the Big South's 30th anniversary celebration, the all-decade teams were determined by conference administrators and fan voting.

Seven different Chanticleers were tabbed for the All-Decade Team covering 1997-99, and 10 were named to the 2000s team. Coastal garnered 19 selections overall, with two athletes earning spots in multiple events. CCU had the most athletes represented and the most selections. Liberty was second with 16 athletes and 18 selections.

Additionally, head coach Alan Connie was named the All-Decade Coach for the 2000s. His teams won five conference championships, and he captured seven Coach of the Year honors during the 10-year period.
