Ethics of marijuana legalization discussed at CCU

The ethics of marijuana legalization will be the topic of a Java Jabber discussion at Coastal Carolina University on Wednesday, April 15, at 4 p.m. in the James J. Johnson Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Marijuana use has recently been legalized in various states. What are the consequences of this development? Is marijuana really unproblematic for your health? All questions the Java Jabber panel, comprised of students and CCU faculty will discuss.

Java Jabber is a series of discussions on specific thought-provoking topics among faculty, staff, students and community members. A moderator, who provides specific insight into the topic, leads the panel. Each participant of the discussion receives a "Java Buck" which is good for $1 off at Java City.

This event is sponsored by the Jackson Family Center for Ethics &Values.
