Faculty recital highlights piano and horn
Rebecca Rollins, CCU staff piano accompanist, will perform solo piano sonatas by both Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Robert Schumann. Daniel Francis, also a CCU staff piano accompanist, will join her on a second piano for the performance of Johann Sebastian Bach's "Concerto in D minor."
Tonya Gray Propst, associate professor of music, will share the stage to premiere CCU faculty member Andrew Fowler's composition for solo horn, as well as a work by Reinhold Gilere.
Senior citizens, OLLI members, alumni, teens, and CCU/HGTC faculty and staff may purchase tickets for $5. Tickets for children and CCU/HGTC students are $3. To purchase tickets, contact the Wheelwright Auditorium at 843-349-ARTS (2787) or visit between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets could also be purchased at ticketreturn.com. The auditorium is located at 108 Spadoni Park, Conway.
The Recital Hall is in Room 152 of the Edwards Building, located at 133 Chanticleer Drive W. on the Conway campus.
