CCU Alumni Association accepting awards nominations

Nominations are now being accepted for two annual awards that honor alumni of Coastal Carolina University. Award recipients are chosen by a panel of faculty judges, which considers integrity, loyalty, leadership and civic involvement of the nominees.

- CCU Alumnus of the Year Award - Given to a CCU alumnus/a who is distinguished among his/her peers for contributions made to society that demonstrate leadership, responsibility and expertise in his/her field and who promotes a positive image of Coastal Carolina University.

- CCU Young Alumnus of the Year Award - Given to a CCU graduate who has made significant contributions to his/her profession; demonstrates leadership and accomplishment in his/her career; exemplifies outstanding service and volunteerism to the University or the community during the first five years after graduating from the University; and whose ongoing work reflects positively on the University.
