Coastal Carolina University's student gospel choir will perform its fall concert on Sunday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m. in Wheelwright Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public, and a ticket is not required. The concert was rescheduled from Sunday, Oct. 16, as a result of Hurricane Matthew.

The Coastal Inspirational Ambassadors (CIA), directed by CCU faculty member Brandi Neal, will perform edifying devotional music as a means of honoring and perpetuating the tradition of gospel in African American culture. Selections include "So Amazing," "You Deserve It," and "Better." Choir members "look forward to welcoming the community to an uplifting, spiritual, and enjoyable experience," said Neal.

Neal earned her master's and doctoral degrees in historical musicology from the University of Pittsburgh and teaches the gospel choir course.

Wheelwright Auditorium is located at 108 Spadoni Park Circle on the main Conway campus.
