Four 2016 graduates of the marine science program at Coastal Carolina University have created the Ocean's Heroes Project. The nonprofit has as one of its goals to raise awareness of environmental concerns in relation to the ocean. Another of its aims is to raise money for undergraduate research in CCU's marine science program.
