CCU announces Vax to the Max scholarship winners for week six

Week six Vax to the Max scholarship winners are Emily Thompson, Kendall Moore, Ross Coyle, and Amanda Barth.

Coastal Carolina University announced the latest scholarship winners of its Vax to the Max incentives program today. CCU has given out $60,000 in scholarships through the incentives program this semester.

The winners of week six’s drawing are:

• Amanda Barth, a senior management major from Myrtle Beach, S.C.

• Ross Coyle, a junior management major, from Burlington, Conn.

• Kendall Moore, a freshman psychology major from Mount Holly, N.C.

• Emily Thompson, a freshman accounting major from Lancaster, Pa.

The Vax to the Max incentives program will award four $2,500 scholarships each week for 10 weeks in Fall 2021 and 10 weeks in Spring 2022; and two Grand Prize Scholarships – full tuition, room, and board for one semester at CCU. Winners will be announced every Friday, excluding Thanksgiving week.

The University is also offering an additional incentive – eight students will be awarded their own personalized, reserved parking spaces for the Spring 2022 semester. The winners will be drawn the week of Nov. 19.

Students are encouraged to get vaccinated and upload their vaccination records for a chance to win. Students who would like to get vaccinated at Student Health Services on campus are asked to make an appointment online or call SHS at 843-349-6543. SCDHEC will continue to offer on-campus vaccination clinics throughout the semester, with dates to be announced as they come available. Students who are already fully vaccinated are also eligible to participate in the vaccination incentives program.
