The reigning Teen Miss Earth USA is a student at Coastal Carolina University. Presley Patrick, a communication major who just finished her first year at CCU, won the title earlier this year in Orlando. The Miss Earth pageant system is focused on environmental issues. Patrick has created her own organization as part of her Teen Miss Earth USA platform. She promotes stewardship of the ocean through Sea the Future.
