Coastal Carolina University Provost Peter B. Barr has announced that all classes on Thursday, Jan. 23 have been cancelled. Faculty and staff are expected to report at 1 p.m. in accordance with the Governor's declaration that state offices in Horry County are delayed opening until 1 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 23 due to hazardous weather.
