April 10, 2003

An information session outlining Clemson University’s Ph.D. program in Educational Leadership, which is offered at Coastal Carolina University, will be held Thursday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration, room 317.  The information session is free and open to the public.

The session will be led by Richard Blackbourn, chair of Clemson’s Faculty of Leadership, Technology and Counselor Education. Information will be provided on admission, program requirements and course scheduling.

This cooperative program between Clemson and Coastal was established in 2001 to allow area educators to earn a Ph.D. in one of two tracks: K-12 Educational Administration or Higher Education Administration. The program combines on-site instruction and distance learning technology.
