Steve Madden, Ph.D., professor of communication, serves as the University's faculty ombuds. Madden is a member of the International Ombudsman Association.
The Facuty Ombuds office is located at 107 Founders Drive in Sands Hall 111 (Mail Services/Post Office building). Please call 843-349-2727 if you wish to meet with him or discuss a question or concern. Remember, email is not a confidential form of communication. If you do email email@example.com, then please only leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time for a return call. Your email or your call will be returned to discuss your issue or to arrange for a meeting time.
