Tenant Users’ Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP)/Sports Camp Insurance

Coastal Carolina University can assist with providing a Tenant Users' Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) for the benefit of vendors who wish to hold an event located on the premises of Coastal Carolina University or by vendors who do not have the minimum general liability insurance requirements necessary to provide University requested services.  

A general liability insurance policy in the amount of $1 million naming Coastal Carolina University as an additional insured can be purchased by following the instructions listed below.

1. Access the TULIP site by clicking here.

2. Complete the information as required.

3. All P-cards must be pre-authorized before using them to purchase TULIP insurance. Please call CCU P-card administrator Trenny Neff at 843-349-2189. Your card will be declined if you try to pay for the policy without authorization.

4. Certificates of Insurance can be printed from the TULIP site when your transaction is complete.
