Todd is a recipient of this year’s SHAPE (Society of Health and Physical Educators) of America Major of the Year Award.
Mary G. Todd is a physical education major from Surfside Beach, South Carolina. She is a recipient of this year’s SHAPE (Society of Health and Physical Educators) of America Major of the Year Award. She has presented at both the State and Southern District SHAPE conferences, and she is a member of the Coastal Carolina Physical Education Teacher Education Club. She has also participated in a Jump Rope for Heart marathon, and has volunteered with the Dalton and Linda Floyd Mentoring Program and Teal Youth Days. Todd intends to seek employment as a physical educator in the Myrtle Beach area and pursue a master’s degree in the future.
