Spring 2024

For the Spring 2024 semester, academic coaching is available from Tuesday, January 16th to Friday, April 26th. To work with an Academic Coach, you can schedule an appointment or come by during drop-in hours.

Schedule an Appointment:

1. Visit our Bookings site.
   
   
2. Select your appointment type & assigned coach if applicable:
   1. SOAR Coaching Appt. - select if you are in ACED 101 or 102 and schedule with your assigned coach. See "SOAR program" webpage for more information.
   2. Coaching Appt. w/ Morgan Marshall - select if you are in UNIV 110C but not SOAR/ACED 101 or 102.
      
   3. SNAP/Athletics Coaching Appt. - select if you are in the SNAP program (schedule with Kayla) or if you are an athlete who has been referred to academic coaching (schedule with Zach).
   4. General Coaching Appt. - select this if you are not in any of the programs listed above.
3. Select a date on the calendar to see available times.
   
   
4. Select a time from the right-hand side that matches your availability.
   
   
5. Scroll down to “Add your Details” and provide your:
   a. First and last name
   b. Coastal email address
   c. Phone number
   d. Preference for receiving text message reminders.
6. “Book.”

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
