Using the Compliance Matrix as a guide, the compliance officer coordinates the University’s compliance efforts and acts as a resource on legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities. Following a decentralized approach, the compliance officer also works with existing compliance experts in their respective fields while filling in gaps and representing the University’s institutional perspective.
