2. A complete list of options is available on your program evaluation. As part of the graduation requirement, students are required to complete 12 approved Professional Development Activities (PDAs), six of which must fall into the following categories: (1) Majors and Careers in Business, (2) Experiential Learning, (3) Leadership, (4) Building a Professional Profile, (5) Interviewing Skills, and (6) Transitioning to the Profession. A list of approved PDAs can be found at coastal.edu/business/pda.

3. General Elective: These are free electives that can be selected from any college, including the Wall College.

4. EM Breadth Selective: Choose one of the following MGMT 320 or MGMT 325.*

5. EM Implementation Selective: Choose either MGMT 421, MGMT 422, or MGMT 424.*

6. EM Action Selective: Choose between MGMT 420, MGMT 429, or MGMT 497.

*These courses may be taken to qualify for external certification in Innovation Engineering granted by Eureka Ranch. Students must successfully complete all assignments from three courses (MGMT 324, MGMT 325, and MGMT 424) in order to apply for the certification.
